Our Collies
The job of family companions and
guarding Willow Wood Farms, belongs to the Rough Collies, Venus
(Kerhavens Seasons In The Sun) daughter, Willow Wood farms Miss
Duchess and Ms. Madsion, a rottwieler that thinks she is a
collie. And sadly missed, Valiants Tiger eye who passed away in
December of 2006 who sired 3 wonderful litter with Venus.
Both Venus and Tiger have
achieved their Canadian Champion Titles and both have clear
hips. Venus is certified normal eyed and Tiger was a normal eyed
non carrier. They produced their first litter of puppies (11)
spring of 2001 and a wonderful litter it was with several
puppies headed for the show ring and 2 with points by 8 months
of age. Other puppies are on their way to achieving obedience
titles. The puppies went to homes across Canada from British
Columbia to Quebec. Venus is now retired and any future puppies
will be left up to Miss Duchess should the perfect mate come our
way.

Two of the puppies that are
already accumulating points towards their Canadian
Championship is Wilowoodfarm Simbad Le Grand, a handsome
male, owned by Nanny Sirois of St-Flavie Quebec and
Wilowoodfarm Seein Is Believin, a lovely female pup owned by
Kelly Oswald of Calgary Albert. Congratulations to them and
their wins! |
